What is your return policy?

Please contact us at sammcrafters@gmail.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. All returns/exchanges must include any products, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times. Return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange custom/personalized items. If your order is not to your liking, please contact us so we can try our best to make it right.

What if I want a custom piece?

We can create custom pieces to your liking. We are sure that we have enough experience to craft your order with impeccable quality. To accurately estimate the cost of our services for your project, we need the following details: any product photos, sketches, and detailed dimensions that you can provide.
